I am unsure about a few stones, or would like to discuss my design options.

Understandable, there are SO many stones to choose from let alone trying to pick a metal type to compliment them. We offer complimentary design consultations or stone viewings at your convenience. These 20 min appointments are completed via Zoom and can be scheduled here.

 

I do not see the type of stone I want here, Can you order one for me? 

Short Answer, Yes. I have many vendors that I lean on to obtain ethically sourced stones. Many times I can seek out a gemstone of your choice. However, this will impact delivery timeline, as I have to wait for the stone to arrive at the studio first! 

 

How long will it take to make my order?

Most orders can be completed in about a week. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be shipped out. If you have a time constraint please e-mail me at fluxandforgejewelry@gmail.com and I will work to accommodate you.

 

I want to order something for the winter holidays what is my cut off to get my order on time? 

The order deadline for items to arrive before Dec. 25th is Dec. 5th. 

 

I am allergic to a lot of jewelry, what do you recommend? 

Most people with metal allergies are allergic to Nickel, an alloy found in poorly made jewelry. Flux and Forge only produces items in three metals (Sterling Silver, Gold-Fill, and 14K Yellow Gold) none of which contain Nickel.
